Don is the Managing Partner of the firm.  He is also a Certified Public Secretary (CPSK). As the team leader of the robust practice in the firm, Don offers guidance, direction and leadership to the rest of the team with the primary aim of meeting and satisfying clients’ needs.

He spearheads the delivery of legal and governance audits as well as compliance and regulatory assignments. He is well regarded in the market and has gained tremendous experience in handling the firm’s assignments on risk management, corporate governance and regulatory compliance for leading blue-chip companies, multinationals, regulators, state corporations, government ministries and multilateral agencies.

He has successfully represented buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in real estate transactions. He also offers valuable advice to developers on all aspects of real estate development.

His legal counsel is widely sought by clients relating a wide range of matters including; banking and finance, environmental law, corporate and commercial, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and nearly all aspects of dispute resolution.

Don has enrolled for his Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) at the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the East Africa Law Society, Telecommunication, Media and Technology Committee. He is also a researcher with interests in data privacy and unmanned aircraft systems regulation.
